Bellingham International Airport Receives Highest Customer Satisfaction Rating in the Nation

Bellingham International Airport has scored the highest customer satisfaction rating for any airport in the nation.

Bellingham Airport received a 93% customer satisfaction rating according to data collected by AirportXP, a mobile platform from Phoenix Marketing International.

“This is a remarkable accomplishment and we are honored to have received such appreciation from our valued customers,” said Sunil Harmon, Port of Bellingham Director of Aviation

AirportXP received feedback from more than 170,000 passengers flying through U.S. airports between November 2015 and February 2016.

“A lot of things work well for Bellingham” said Scott Ludwigsen, Executive Vice President of Travel Research Group at Phoenix Marketing International. “In all the key areas we measure, Bellingham was the top performer.”

“We recognize we are in the people business and we have set very high standards of service at every level of customer contact” said Harmon

In addition to overall satisfaction, Bellingham International Airport fared well on items the like ease of access, parking and check-in.
