This expansive 237 acre site, adjacent to Downtown Bellingham, is perfect for large open air gatherings, concerts and festivals. The Peter Paulson stage is ideal for live music and performances. Rentals are available for open space, the Peter Paulson Stage, and pop-up vendors. 

The Rotating Container Shops are two 20' long, multi-purpose units available for short term rentals at The Portal Container Village. These containers are perfect for pop-up vendors including but not limited to jewelers, painters, sculptors, book collectors, and artists. Rotating Container Shop reservation periods are for 13 days (Tuesday through the second Sunday).
