This expansive 237 acre site, adjacent to Downtown Bellingham, is perfect for large open air gatherings, concerts and festivals. The brand new Peter Paulson stage is ideal for live music and performances. There are rentals available for open space, the Peter Paulson Stage, food trucks, and pop-up vendors. 

The Container Shop is a 20' long, multi-purpose unit with power which is available for short term rentals in The Portal, a pop-up container village at the Downtown Waterfront. This container is perfect for pop-up vendors - jewelers, painters, sculptors, book collectors, artists, and makers of all kinds. The Downtown Waterfront features food truck pads available to reserve for a single day or for the season (one day per week, April - October).
