Visiting Boaters & Maps
The Port of Bellingham operates two harbors with excellent visitor facilities including parks, walking trails, bathrooms, showers and laundry. Both harbors offer easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, grocery stores and marine supplies. During the summer, the harbor staff operates a courtesy shuttle to nearby destinations.

Squalicum Harbor in Bellingham, Washington
Short term stay
Visitor moorage is located on side-tie docks at Gates 3, 9, and 12. During busy periods, boaters may also be directed to available moorage at Gate 5. Portable pump-out carts are located at all visitor docks. In addition, a pump-out is located at Gate 1 near the fuel dock and Gate 10 near the boat launch. The Bellingham Yacht Club offers reciprocal moorage at the side-tie dock in front of their clubhouse at Gate 3. Please refer to your yacht club's reciprocal agreement.
Group reservations
Large organized boating groups are encouraged to call ahead for moorage. The Squalicum Boathouse has been a popular venue for cruisers to have meetings and pot-lucks.
Extended stays
For boaters looking to extend their stay, Squalicum Harbor maintains a Loan-a-Slip and Sublease program. Loan-a-Slips are available for up to 14-day terms, and Subleases are available on a monthly basis. To inquire about availability, please check at the harbor office or call (360) 676-2542.

Blaine Harbor in Blaine, Washington
Blaine Harbor offers cruisers a hometown experience with easy access to Interstate 5 making travel north to Canada or south to Seattle a breeze. Downtown Blaine is an easy 10 minute walk from the harbor or take advantage of our seasonal courtesy shuttle to the grocery store. Visit the Blaine Chamber of Commerce website to explore what makes Blaine Washington a special place to visit!
Short term stay
Blaine Harbor has over 750 feet of visitor moorage located at Gate 2. Upon entering the harbor, follow the breakwater past the boathouses, keeping the break water on your on your starboard side. Once past the boathouses, turn left. The visitor dock is the long side-tie dock connecting the shore to the boathouses. The visitor float is equipped with potable water, 30 and 50 a.m.p power, and a portable holding tank pump-out.
