Alaska/ Horizon Airlines offers the following DAILY ticket counter hours at Bellingham International Airport;
4:45 am to 5:40 am, 11:15 am to 12:10 pm, and 6:00 pm to 6:50 pm These hours are in effect thru June 16, 2021.

Alaska Airlines Check-In Information
If you are checking in baggage, Alaska Airlines recommends arriving at the airport at least 2 hours prior to a flights scheduled departure. If you are not checking any baggage, Alaska Airlines recommends arriving at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to a flights scheduled departure.
Customers need to be checked in no less then 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure, which is when Alaska Airlines' counter closes.
Allegiant Air Ticket Counter Hours
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Allegiant has reduced their ticket counter hours to Thursdays 10:00 am - noon only.
