No Discharge Zone
Puget Sound is a No Discharge Zone. The Port has supported this effort by supplying pumpout stations at our marinas and by providing information
(click here to see the flyer) to all boaters, including moorage tenants. Pumpout stations can be found using the PumpoutNav app. More information on this app can be found
here.
Green Events
Port facilities and parks are very popular for hosting
meetings and special events. The
port events staff can offer guidance to customers interested in hosting environmentally responsible events.
Green Business
The port provides support and resources to more than 250 businesses located on
port real estate developments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and to ensure tenant operations are performed in a way that maintains the value of the port's publicly-owned assets.
