The Northwest Tune Up Festival is back for an exhilarating weekend filled with the perfect blend of outdoor adventure, live music, and craft beer. This Port sponsored event brings thousands of locals and visitors to experience the flourishing revitalization of Bellingham’s once contaminated and underutilized heavy industrial waterfront.
Taking place from July 14-16, the second annual Northwest Tune Up showcases the beauty of Whatcom County and everything it has to offer. Whether exploring some of the best mountain biking in the world, watching expert bikers catch big air on the Port’s waterfront bike park, visiting a vibrant art market with 50 local artisans, sampling beer, cider and wine from a hand-selected lineup of popular craft breweries, watching a chainsaw artist sculpt wood masterpieces, seeing a creative journey unfold while a live mural is painted, or listening to over 20 artists performing in Bellingham’s Waterfront District, the Northwest Tune Up is the place to be this summer.
The Northwest Tune Up is one of a series of summer events the Port sponsors each year including Ski to Sea, the Fourth of July Spectacular, Wake & Shake Free Family Fun, and Bellingham SeaFeast.
