29. The TAAC will serve as a technical advisory committee to the Director of Aviation and to the Port Commission about the technical aspects of airport operations, planning and development. This committee will provide technical expertise on specific topics as requested by the Director of Aviation and/or the Port Commission. TAAC members will be asked to draw upon their aviation knowledge and experience. Members of the TAAC will have aviation-related technical knowledge and experience and will represent a diversity of aviation professions, skills and interests found in Bellingham International Airport’s commercial, corporate and general aviation operational areas.
