Video Recording/Streaming Services

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that proposals for providing Video Recording/Streaming Services will be received at the Administration Offices of the Port of Bellingham, 1801 Roeder Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225 until 5:00 PM, October 17, 2023. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered.   

Service providers may (1) email a digital version to Brian Wilson (), copying Carey Hansen (careyh@portofbellingham.com) OR (2) submit one original hard copy received by the Port of Bellingham at 1801 Roeder Avenue, Ste. 146 – Bellingham, WA 98225.

The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities.

All proposals submitted shall be considered valid offers for a period of forty five (45) days from the date of the proposal due date. All proposals become property of the Port of Bellingham and are subject to public disclosure laws per RCW 42.56.
